Hi I had a concern because I bought Kumara crisps because supermarket did not have plain Marlborough sea salt. Was hungry however these chips were too hard and sharp for my mouth. I phoned and let them know and one email later they told me they would forward my usual product. Came 3 days later with two extra packets. Thankyou. This company knows the meaning of customer service and validates a customers opinion.

My new favourite chip. Perfect flavour level, crunch and bag size.
As someone that prefers the ready salted flavouring, Bluebird thins are good, The Blue Copper Kettles used to be my favourite but they got too salty, Regular Kettle is ok but sometimes tastes like playdough.
These guys make a good salt and vinegar too. Doesn’t burn the mouth as much and has more nuanced flavours!!!!!
