Ingredients

1/2 tbsp olive oil
300g beef mince
1/2 onion finely chopped
1 clove of garlic crushed
1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 400g can of chopped tomatoes
1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 cup grated tasty cheese
70g Proper Crisps Big Cut Dill Pickle
1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 handful fresh parsley chopped
1/2 iceberg lettuce shredded

Preparation

Heat the oven to 180 degrees

Heat a film of oil in a large fry pan and cook the mince over medium heat until browned. Add the onion to the pan and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the garlic, worcestershire sauce and tomato paste. Cook for another 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes and dijon mustard. Stir well and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle the grated tasty cheese evenly over the beef mixture. Layer the chips over the top and sprinkle with mozzarella.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25minutes, or until the topping is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve the bake sprinkled with parsley and lettuce alongside.
